We believe that communities are fluid—they do not stop and start at the edges of zip codes. We drew our chapter boundaries with purpose in the hopes that the Des Moines metro area could support at least 2-3 MAEVE chapters. (Interested in starting a chapter for your area? We can help!)

Because we are the first MAEVE chapter in Iowa, we welcome members who live outside our chapter boundaries. Anyone with ties to our community through work, school, childcare, friends in the area, or anything else is welcome!
